Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from True Patriot. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently.

Eligibility for Refunds

All products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
All products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Any products that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
Damaged products or products with quality issues will be covered for return or refund in accordance with Printify’s terms of service and return and refund policy.
Refund and Return requests that fall outside of the parameters outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy may be approved at the discretion of True Patriot.

Return Process

Contact us using the Refund and Return Request Form below to initiate a return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
Send the return package to the address provided on the return shipping label.

Refunds

Customers may request a refund for any eligible product within 14 days of receiving the order.
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team at [insert contact information] and provide their order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
